Our Artists
Crissy Armstrong - Illustrator
Crissy has loved creating art all of her life, and she is happiest when she has a blank piece of paper and a pencil in her hand! She has taken various art courses through college and art clubs, but most of her skill has developed the hard way; through lots of practice!
Elisabeth Bell - "Whimsy Stamps" Logo Artist and Illustrator
Elisabeth’s passion is designing beautiful children's illustrations and whimsical imagery. She attended Queensland College of Art in Australia where she received a BVA in traditional Animation and delved into the animation industry for a time. With an affinity for colored pencils and pen, and a love for children's animated content, she endeavored to create lovely, warm illustrations that appeal to the child within each of us.
Melissa Jenkins - Illustrator
Melissa 'meljen' Jenkins is a mother to two beautiful children, married to her best friend, and has been an artist her entire life...ever since she could hold a pencil. It is a talent that was passed to her from her father, and she couldn't be more proud. She was Artist of the Year in 1999 at MVHS, took Life Drawing classes in college, and created fine art pieces for years until she decided to try out clipart design. That venture led to her discovery of digital stamps, and she fell in love. She enjoys creating detailed 'warm and fuzzy' designs that make people smile and inspire creativity.
KennyK - Illustrator
NYC illustrator KennyK (a.k.a. Kenny Kiernan) is the product of an urban background and years of professional illustration and Flash animation experience, all of which converge in his singular slick and funky cartoon style. Energy and Attitude are ever-present in his trademark "cool dudes" and stylish-and-sassy girl characters. With his beautiful wife and business partner Elena's help and creative vision, this dynamic duo has been having a blast creating new work to share with the stamping world!
Heidi Schwoerer - Illustrator
My name is Heidi Schwoerer and I love drawing and crafting! I started drawing at about age 7 and I just never stopped! I attended college got my degree in art and had a hard time finding an "art" job. I never stopped drawing though and sooner or later I developed my own style, started freelancing, started a rubber stamp business, started a digital stamp business and then just turned to licensing my artwork and selling digital stamps! I love to use the Adobe Ideas app on my iPad to sketch, outline and color all my illustrations! I do still love to sketch with a good old pencil and sketch book though! I bring an idea book with me where ever I go, so when ever an idea pops into my head I can jot it down or draw a quick sketch. You can visit Heidi on her personal blog: http://www.2cuteink.com/
Ann Vento - Word Artist/Graphic Designer/Editor
